International shipping from Denmark
In addition to deliveries within Denmark, we ship to a range of EU countries via GLS.
We can also ship to other countries and regions, including Greenland, the USA, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Select "Other countries" at checkout and complete your order. We will contact you with the shipping cost.
We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom or Russia.
Shipping rates are based on parcels up to 5 kg. If your order exceeds 5 kg, we will contact you after purchase with the correct shipping rate.
Shipping rates are displayed in checkout once you select your destination country.

Shipping rates (0–5 kg) – Non-EU destinations
Orders outside the EU are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).
Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient in the destination country.
The shipping price includes:
- Danish export documentation
- Customs handling
- Processing of up to five commodity codes per shipment
If additional commodity codes are required, additional charges may apply.

For Greenland and Iceland, delivery times may vary depending on sea and air transport conditions. Remote areas may require additional handling time.
VAT and customs
The applicable VAT and customs rules depend on whether you order as a private or business customer and on the delivery destination.
Private customers within the EU
Danish VAT (25 %) is included in the price.
No additional VAT or customs duties will be charged upon delivery.
Business customers within the EU
Enter your valid EU VAT number in the "CVR" field at checkout.
Danish VAT (25 %) will be deducted after verification.
You are responsible for reporting and paying VAT in your home country in accordance with local regulations.
Private customers outside the EU
Danish VAT (25 %) will be deducted after purchase.
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

Energy surcharge and statutory charges
Shipping rates are based on current GLS energy surcharges and statutory road taxes.
If these charges change, shipping rates may be adjusted accordingly.
Refused shipments
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid import charges, return shipping and related handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
